PureView provides professional window, gutter, and related exterior cleaning and maintenance as described in your quote or service agreement. Scope, pricing, and schedule are confirmed before work begins unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas. We may refuse or postpone service if conditions are unsafe or materially different from what was described when booking.

Payment terms follow your quote or invoice. Late or failed payments may incur fees or suspension of recurring service as permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureView is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service visit is limited to the fees paid for that visit unless a higher limit is required by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
